About ABC

At Advanced Behavioral Concepts (ABC), we are focused on community health and well-being in California's Central Valley. Founded by a diverse team of professionals passionate about education and harm reduction, our nonprofit is committed to fostering safe, informed, and responsible discussions around health practices.

We empower individuals by providing essential knowledge and tools to enhance safety in managing personal health. Our services include harm reduction education, distribution of Narcan and drug test kits, and active participation in community outreach. As we continue to grow, we are looking forward to expanding our offerings with additional services such as counseling and more comprehensive community education programs.

Located in Fresno, CA, we are dedicated to making a tangible difference in our community. Our focus is on igniting meaningful conversations and catalyzing change for a healthier Central Valley. By prioritizing education over judgment, we strive to reduce harm and enhance well-being across the region.

Our Vision

Our mission is reflected in the following core values:

Education is at the heart of our mission. We provide accessible, in-depth resources that raise awareness, dismantle stigma, and equip our community with the knowledge they need. By empowering individuals through education, we help foster a more informed, understanding, and compassionate community.

We are committed to providing steadfast support to those in need through harm reduction education, Narcan distribution, and comprehensive outreach. No one should face their challenges alone, and we strive to be a trusted resource for our community

We believe in the intrinsic worth of every individual. Our goal is to help people see beyond labels and recognize their value and potential. By fostering self-belief, we empower individuals to take charge of their recovery and personal growth, creating a ripple effect of positive change throughout the community

Innovation drives our vision for the future. As a forward-thinking community, we aim to lead by creating solutions and driving change, rather than relying on outdated practices. By staying at the cutting edge of research and best practices, we ensure our programs remain effective, relevant, and responsive to the evolving needs of our community.

Our Mission

At Advanced Behavioral Concepts (ABC), our mission is to foster a community where every member has the opportunity to strive to be their best self. We believe in embracing all ideas and ensuring that everyone has a place at the table. Our vision is to create a dynamic, inclusive community that is constantly evolving, always working towards a better tomorrow for the next generation.

Just like humans, communities are never finished products. We recognize that we are always evolving, striving to create a better tomorrow for the next generation. However, much like individuals, if we become stagnant, we risk losing our vitality and growth.

Our aim is to provide comprehensive support, compassionate care, and evidence-based solutions to individuals and families impacted by substance use disorders and mental health issues. Through education, advocacy, and individualized services, we seek to empower individuals on their path to recovery and enhance the well-being of our community as a whole.

We don't have all the answers, and we don't know everything, but we believe in the importance of trying something different. By taking bold steps and experimenting with new approaches, we can create meaningful change and inspire others to do the same.
